Maggie found ways to challenge herself and keep her actor/producer able to keep his hats separate and really focus on one job at a time in a diplomatic and successful way. The fact that a young SM would tackle that level of performer care was really impressive to me, and I know her whole team appreciated the efforts she exercised in keeping them moving forward.
