- Usually, you need an equity card or a recent program from a show you have done.

- This is when you show up at a theatre to see if you can get any spare tickets right before the show starts. Not all theatres do this.
- Comps from friends aka complimentary tickets
- This requires having friends involved in the production. But you can always ask if they have a spare comp. These are entirely free.
